You know, I remember when shopping carts at wal-mart and home depot were for shoppers to put their things in to take to check out. I went to both a walmart and a home depot this afternoon and there were about 50 carts in the parking lot. well actually more like 70 but 20 of them were being used to mark off a section of parking lot that was broken up and being repaved. I walk into the store and the greeter is no where to be seen. I look for a cart and there are none. Apparantly they are on construction duty. Last time I checked this wasn't a good move to entice people to buy more. So I bought what I needed and left. No Impulse buying for me.

Now on to the real news.

My brother is now at Fort Polk Louisiana. For those of you who aren't in the know about this place it is an infantry post that should be considered an Air force base based on the size and number of mosquitoes in the area. He lucked out. He is staying in Tent City (air conditioned real nice) instead of the WWII barracks that have condemned signs on them.

He is doing well. I am setting up a site for him which will go live soon. http://www.kevinstour.com I will post when it goes up. Hopefully he will have internet access so that he can post how he is doing when he is over there.

My job is going alright I guess. I am really trying to get out of the south. I need a job in Virginia or Colorado. Its gotten to the point that I might even consider California. If anyone knows of any good jobs out there in the networking field email me.

Graduation is looming closer. August 1st is the day. Anyone not believing that I am actually graduating can attend. Seating is first come first serve. Friday August 1st 2:30pm.

Well thats all for now. Maybe I'll get some more to talk about soon.
