Hold my sanity will you?

I am almost a home owner. I know I have talked about it to everyone and I am sure yall are sick of hearing about it but....OH WELL because I will only be a first time home buyer once. We have settled on a final price and will be going to act of sale on November 21st. WOOHOO. Anyway once I get semi-moved in I will be having a little get together. Stay tuned for updates on this.
